The Digi DMC-782 Portable Coin Counting scale is the perfect solution to efficiently counting coins. 18 Preset keys can be programmed for easy recall of standard coin values or custom tokens. It comes with US coin values already labelled. The LCD display is backlit making it easy to read in all lighting conditions. The display can be toggled to show count or amount. The display shows weight, denomination and amount/quantity all at the same time. The 12 in x 8.9 in platter is large enough to handle coin containers and cash drawers. For mobile use a rechargeable battery can be installed. With the backlight off the battery can power the scale for up to 300 hours. For communication with external devices the DMC-782 has a RS-232 serial port.
